Additional Information | Dr Jacky Hewitt is recognised as a leading expert in disorders of sex development and gender dysphoria in Australia. She has been invited to speak at national and international medical conferences, and is regularly invited to review international research in these fields. She has authored a large number of medical and scientific journal articles, as well as treatment guidelines for conditions of atypical sex and gender. She is a university senior lecturer and has received awards from the University of Melbourne, the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute, the Australasian Paediatric Endocrine Group, the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and the National Health and Medical Research Council of Australia. |
